Women's Campaign Fund (WCF)

(New York, NY) –Women’s Campaign Fund (WCF), the nation’s oldest nonpartisan political action committee dedicated to electing pro-choice women to office at levels of government, hosted its annual New York Dinner “Parties of Your Choice” on Monday, March 7th.

“We are seeing an unprecedented number of wonderful women candidates who have decided to run in the upcoming 2005/2006 election cycle because they are deeply concerned about increasingly potent efforts to restrict womens’ reproductive health and freedom,” said Doreen Frasca, WCF National Co-Chair.

On March 10th, the WCF endorsed recently declared candidate for Mayor of Boston, Maura Hennigan.

For more information contact Ashley Stone, WCF Political Coordinator at 800-446-8170.
